BoatTrader.com and uShip.com, an online transport marketplace, announced that uShip’s “Shipping Price Estimator” is now incorporated into every Boat Trader boat detail listing page.
The agreement enables boat buyers to get a better sense of expected shipping costs and more easily connect with reliable boat haulers within uShip’s network of transporters.
People who find a boat of interest on Boat Trader can now enter the boat’s destination ZIP code to receive an instant on-screen shipping cost estimate based on comparable completed shipments on uShip.
“We are excited to be partnering with uShip and offer this valuable service to our consumers,” said Kim Rocco, brand manager at Boat Trader, in a statement. “With the addition of estimated shipping costs to our boat detail pages, consumers will now have a more complete picture of the costs associated with their boat purchase.”
